UTI PSA login: where SiOnline PAN agents sign in

SiOnline PAN agents sign in on the SiOnline portal, which is connected to UTI. There is no direct UTI login for our agents.

The SiOnline portal

sionline.in

Connected to the UTI portal, so you have no direct UTI access. SiOnline never asks for your password, and no third-party site should.

Troubleshooting

Six reasons a PSA login fails.

If your PSA login is not working, work down this list in order. Each item says how to clear it.

01

Wrong portal

SiOnline agents sign in at the SiOnline portal, not at UTI. UTI's own pages do not take SiOnline credentials and you do not get direct UTI access, so a login that fails there is not a fault with your ID.

02

Password rejected

Reset it from the SiOnline login page using the forgot-password link. Check the user ID before you retry: repeated wrong attempts waste time and send you in circles.

03

Wallet balance too low

You can sign in but not submit an application if your wallet cannot cover it. Each PAN application is deducted from the wallet balance, so top it up and retry.

04

Agent ID not active

An ID that is no longer active will not sign in. Call us and we will check its status against your registered details.

05

Browser blocking the page

Pop-up blockers and cached sessions cause odd failures. Clear cookies for the site, disable extensions, and try a fresh window before assuming the account is at fault.

06

UTI portal maintenance

The SiOnline portal is connected to the UTI portal, so maintenance on the UTI side can stop applications going through. If colleagues cannot file either, it is not your ID.

Still stuck? Send us your PSA ID — never your password — on +91 91091 35959 and we will check the ID status from our end. Support runs 24 hours, 7 days.

A common mix-up

UTI's own login is not the one you use.

A lot of agents search for "UTI PSA login" and land on a page that belongs to UTI, not to the portal they actually work in.

SiOnline provides a wallet-based UTI PSA ID. You log in to the SiOnline portal, which is connected to the UTI portal, and you file your PAN applications from there. You do not have direct UTI access, so a UTI login screen that refuses your details is not a sign that anything is wrong with your ID.

It matters for a second reason. Because agents search for PSA login pages, sites that are not the portal you use rank for it. Check the domain in your address bar before typing a password anywhere.

How to know you are on the right page

  • The address bar shows sionline.in
  • The connection is HTTPS with a valid certificate
  • You are asked for your SiOnline ID and password
  • Nobody is offering to "recover" your password for a fee
No PSA ID yet?

You cannot get a PSA login on your own.

UTIITSL appoints PAN Service Agents through authorised providers, not by direct application — the same structure IRCTC uses for railway ticketing. SiOnline registers agents and gives them a wallet-based PSA ID, used through the SiOnline portal.

Questions agents ask us about the PSA portal.

Where do UTI PSA agents log in?

On the SiOnline portal. It is connected to the UTI portal, so you file PAN applications from your SiOnline login. You do not get direct access to UTI. SiOnline will never ask you for your password.

Can I log in directly on the UTI PSA portal?

No. SiOnline provides a wallet-based UTI PSA ID, and agents work through the SiOnline portal rather than directly on UTI's own system.

I have forgotten my password. How do I reset it?

Use the forgot-password link on the SiOnline login page. The steps are in our guide to reset a forgotten UTI PSA password.

Why does my password work but the application will not submit?

That is almost always the wallet balance rather than a login problem. Each PAN application is deducted from your wallet, so top it up first. See how the PAN wallet balance works.

Can I get a PSA login without going through a PSP?

No. UTIITSL appoints PSAs through its authorised channel partners, which is why agents register through a provider rather than applying directly. That is the same structure IRCTC uses for railway ticketing agents.

How do I get my own PSA ID?

Register as a UTI PSA PAN card agent through SiOnline. You submit your documents, we verify them, and you receive a wallet-based PSA ID. See how to become a UTI PAN card agent for what is required.

Is there a fee to log in?

No fee is charged for logging in. Costs arise at registration and as each PAN application is deducted from your wallet. Our current charges are on the pricing page.

I have just received a new PAN agent ID. How do I sign in for the first time?

Follow the guide to your first login with a new PAN agent ID. It covers the details you need and what to do if you lose the ID.

My PSA ID is not working. What now?

If a password reset does not fix it, or if the registered mobile number is no longer with you, contact us on +91 91091 35959 and we will raise it through the proper channel. Do not create a second ID: one PAN can hold one PSA ID.
