Not everything stops, and the things that do stop are not the ones most agents expect. Here is what keeps running, what gets delayed, and the two things to do on the Thursday before a long weekend.

The pattern is simple once you see it: anything that depends on money moving between banks is affected, and anything that does not is fine.

Why do you not publish the list on this page?
