Every running cost, stated.
You pay to register, a monthly maintenance charge applies on IRCTC agent IDs, you renew each year where it applies (a separate charge from the monthly maintenance), and you hold a wallet balance so bookings settle instantly. That is the whole of it.

Why do some services need a quote?

What does IRCTC agent registration cost?

Are the fees refundable?
No. Registration fees are non-refundable, which is why we check your eligibility before taking any payment.
Do I need to buy each service separately?
Each registration is separate because each is authorised by a different body — IRCTC, UTIITSL, a bank, NPCI. They then run on one SiOnline wallet balance, which is the point of having them together.
Is there a monthly fee?
Yes, on IRCTC agent IDs: monthly maintenance of ₹236 per month. It is separate from the yearly renewals: the agent ID renewal is ₹2,360 a year and the OTP login renewal is ₹1,180 a year. Wallet top-ups are free up to your defined daily limit and ₹100 per transaction after that. You also pay registration charges and hold a minimum wallet balance.
What is the minimum wallet balance for?
₹199 is held on your account so bookings can settle instantly. It is your money, not a fee.
Do you share payment-gateway charges?
No. Some providers pass a share back to agents. We do not, and we state it here rather than in the small print.
Can I start with one service and add others later?
Yes, and most agents do. Start with whichever your customers already ask for, then add services onto the same login.
