What a PAN application costs.
The official fees set by the Income Tax Department. The price depends on whether the application is paper-based or digital, and on whether the customer wants a physical PAN card or an e-PAN only. They are separate from the ₹1,180 agent registration fee.

Is UTI PSA registration free?
No. SiOnline charges ₹1,180 for PAN card / UTI PSA registration. After that, each PAN application is deducted from your wallet balance.
How are PAN applications paid for?
UTI offers coupon-based and wallet-based PSA IDs. SiOnline provides the wallet-based ID: you load your wallet and each application is deducted from the balance. You can log in with a low balance, but you cannot file until the wallet covers the application.
Is there a monthly fee?
Monthly maintenance charges depend on your ID category. You can see what applies to you in the Profile menu of the SiOnline portal, or ask us before you register.
What should I ask every provider about fees?
Four things: the joining fee, the per-application charge, whether there is any annual renewal, and whether there is a minimum monthly commitment. A provider who answers all four immediately is being straight with you.
Do I earn per PAN application?
Your margin is the difference between what you charge the customer and what the application costs you from your wallet, within the limits UTIITSL sets. That is why the per-application charge is the number that matters most.
Is there a minimum number of applications I must file?
We do not impose one. If another provider does, it is worth understanding what happens in a slow month before you agree to it.
Do I need to hold a wallet balance?
A minimum balance of ₹199 is held on your account across services. It is your money rather than a fee — it exists so transactions settle instantly.
How does this compare with IRCTC agent registration?
Differently structured. IRCTC registration is a published one-off fee of ₹3,000 incl. GST with recurring charges — all of it on the IRCTC fees page. PAN is a joining fee plus a per-application charge from your wallet.
Can I run both PAN and IRCTC on one counter?
