Distributor enquiries
Straight answer first: we are not running a standard distributor programme, and there is no proposal document behind this page. What there is, is three structures that between them cover what almost everybody who lands here actually wants.

Three structures, and only one of them involves distribution.
Worth reading properly, because the word "distributor" gets used for all three and they carry very different amounts of risk.
- Most peopleBecome a retailer
You have a shop and want to sell services
This is what most people who reach this page actually want. Recharge, bill payments, ticketing, PAN and FASTag on one counter and one wallet.
- IRCTC agent registration
You want to book railway tickets as an agent
An IRCTC agent ID in your own business name, with a published fee and a published renewal.
- Refer & earn
You want to bring other agents to us
You do not need a distributorship to do that, and you do not need to carry any risk. Introduce them and we pay you when their ID goes live.
What distributing actually involves
Nobody says this part on a proposal page, which is exactly why it is worth saying.
A distributor appoints retailers, funds them, and carries their support. That means working capital tied up in other people's balances, and a support load that arrives at your phone rather than ours — at the counter's hours, not yours.
It can be a good business. It is a different business from running a counter, and the people who succeed at it usually already run several counters of their own first.
If that is genuinely what you want, ring us and say so. You will get a real conversation about coverage and numbers rather than a PDF.
Who is already on it.
Questions we get on this page.
Do you appoint distributors?
Distributor arrangements are handled case by case rather than offered as a standard package, and they are not what we are actively building. If you genuinely want to discuss one, ring +91 91091 35959 — you will get a straight answer either way rather than a brochure.
Why is there no distributor proposal document here?
Because publishing a proposal implies a standing offer, and we would rather not imply one we are not actively making. The page exists because people still reach it, and sending them to a dead end helps nobody.
What is the difference between a distributor and a retailer?
A retailer sells to customers at a counter. A distributor appoints and supports retailers underneath them, and carries the working capital and the support load that comes with that. Most people who say "distributor" describe a retailer business when you ask what they actually want to do.
I want to earn from other agents without running a counter.
Then referral is almost certainly the right structure rather than distribution — you introduce, we onboard and support, and you are paid when the ID activates. No float, no support burden, no risk.
I am already a SiOnline distributor.
Nothing changes. Call +91 91091 35959 as usual — existing distributor accounts are supported the same as any other, and there are distributor builds of the app on the app page.
Can I distribute in a state where you have no presence?
Tell us where. Coverage arguments are the one version of this conversation that is genuinely interesting, and it is a phone call rather than a form.
Tell us what you actually want to build.
Call +91 91091 35959. If distribution is right for you we will say so, and if a counter or a referral arrangement suits you better we will say that instead.
