Two honest notes about these photographs

They are dated, and we have dated them. These were taken in 2016 and 2018. The floor, the desks and the work are the same; the haircuts are not. New photographs are overdue and we would rather say so than imply these were taken yesterday.

Out-of-hours cover is AI-assisted. AI-assisted round the clock, with the team on hand during business hours. So if you ring at three in the morning you will get an answer, and in most cases it will not be one of the people in these pictures. We think that is worth knowing rather than glossing over — a round-the-clock promise that quietly means a chatbot is the sort of thing agents find out at the worst possible moment.
