How to install an APK safely.
Android will warn you. The warning is correct — it just does not know whether this particular file is trustworthy. These five steps are how you make sure it is.

Check the address bar first
You should be on sionline.co.in. An APK from anywhere else is not our app, no matter what it is called or who sent it to you.

Download the file
Use the button above. Do not install an APK someone has forwarded to you on WhatsApp — that is the single most common way agent phones get compromised.

Allow installation when asked
Android will ask permission to install from this source. Grant it for the browser you downloaded with, not globally.

Turn the permission back off
The step nearly everybody skips. Leaving "install unknown apps" enabled is what makes a phone easy to attack later.

Is the SiOnline app on the Play Store?
No. It is installed from an APK downloaded from this website, which means you have to allow installation from an unknown source on your phone. That is worth understanding rather than clicking through — see the security section on this page.
Why is it not on the Play Store?
Agent tools of this kind are commonly distributed directly. The practical consequence for you is that the download source matters enormously: an APK is only as trustworthy as where it came from.
How do I install it?
Download the APK from this page, open it, and allow installation when Android asks. Turn the "unknown sources" permission back off afterwards — it is a setting, not a one-off.
Which build should I use, online or offline?

Is there an iPhone app?
The apps here are Android. If you work from an iPhone, use the panel in your browser — everything the app does is available there.
Do I need the app at all?
No. The panel works in a browser on any device. The app is for people who work away from a desk.
The app will not install.

Will the app ask for my password?
It will ask you to sign in, like any app. What will never happen is a person — on a call, on WhatsApp, or in a message — asking you to tell them that password. We do not ask for passwords or OTPs, ever.
Is there a distributor app?

How do I update it?
Download the current APK from this page again and install over the top. Because it is not in the Play Store, updates do not arrive automatically — check back if something looks out of date.
