FASTag agent login
SiOnline FASTag agents log in on Android using the route confirmed during onboarding. There is no computer login or universal URL. Check your appointment before entering your ID.
Use your approved Android route
FASTag is issued by banks, but SiOnline agents use the Android login route confirmed for their programme. There is no computer login. SiOnline never asks for your password.
What to keep ready for Android login.
Your approved route and account details come from your onboarding. Keep your password and OTP private, including when you contact support.
- Agent ID
- Confirmed during onboarding
- Password
- Use only in your approved login route
- Registered mobile
- Keep available for any required verification
- Balance
- Needed to issue or recharge, not to sign in
Six reasons a FASTag agent login fails.
Work down in order. Start with the route supplied during onboarding, then check the details and error message.
Wrong login route
SiOnline agents use the Android route confirmed at onboarding. A web page found in search results may belong to a different issuer or may be fake.
Credentials rejected
Check the ID and registered mobile against your onboarding message. Ask support for the approved reset route before repeated attempts.
No balance to issue against
You can sign in and still be unable to issue or recharge a tag if your balance is zero. That is a funding problem wearing a login problem's clothes.
Mapping not active yet
Between onboarding and activation there is a gap where credentials exist but do not yet authenticate. If you were set up today, this is the likely answer.
App or connection issue
Check your Android phone’s connection and whether the approved app needs an update. Use only the version supplied through your verified onboarding route.
Service unavailable
If other agents on the same programme cannot sign in either, ask support whether there is an outage before resetting your credentials.
Still stuck? Send us your agent ID — never your password — on +91 91091 35959 and we will check the mapping from our end. Support runs 24 hours, 7 days.
A generic login query is exactly what an imitation page wants.
Someone searching "FASTag agent login" has not typed a bank name. They are, by definition, willing to sign in wherever the first result takes them.
That is a convenient audience for a page that is not an issuer. It costs nothing to build a screen with two boxes on it, and an agent in a hurry types a password into it without reading the domain.
The habit worth building takes two seconds: check the app and route before you type. Use only the Android route your provider confirmed. A search result does not prove that an app or website belongs to your programme.
Before you type a password
- The app or route matches your verified onboarding instructions
- You are using your own Android phone and a secure connection
- You did not install it from a search ad or unsolicited message
- Nobody has offered to "recover" your password for a fee
- Nobody is on the phone walking you through it
Tag issuance runs through authorised channels.
Banks onboard agents through partners rather than accepting walk-up applications, which is why you register through a provider. It pairs naturally with a ticketing or recharge counter, because it is the same walk-in traffic.

Questions agents ask about signing in.
What is the FASTag agent login URL?
There is no universal URL. SiOnline agents use the Android login route confirmed for their appointment; no computer login is offered. If you registered through SiOnline and do not have the approved route, call +91 91091 35959.
Why do search results show so many different FASTag login pages?
Different issuers use different access channels, and search results can include imitations. SiOnline agents should use the Android route supplied during verified onboarding, not a search result.
I have forgotten my password.
Use the reset steps supplied for your appointed programme. If the registered number is no longer with you, contact support using the number on this site.
My login works but I cannot issue a tag.
First check your available balance and whether your issuance permission is active. If both look correct, send support the error text and your agent ID, without a password or OTP.
My ID is locked.
Ask support for the lockout and reset steps for your programme. Contact us with your agent ID — never your password or OTP — on +91 91091 35959.
Can I get a FASTag agent login without a provider?
Issuers onboard agents through authorised channels, which is why agents register through a provider. FASTag agent registration explains what is involved.
Will SiOnline ever ask for my agent password?
No. Never, on any channel. If someone claiming to be from us asks for a password, an OTP or remote access to your machine, end the call and ring the number published on this site.
Is there a fee to log in?
No. Logging in is free. Costs arise at onboarding and in the balance you hold to issue against.
Not sure which login route is yours?
Call +91 91091 35959 with your agent ID and we will confirm your Android login route. Do not use an app or website found through a search result.
